Harm Reduction Anonymous was inspired by a belief in harm reduction, stemming from a lifetime of navigating difficult circumstances and making choices that, at their core, were about survival and minimizing adverse outcomes. We identified a significant gap in traditional recovery models and wanted to create a place for people to celebrate any step toward reducing harm.
