Our Mission

Harm Reduction Anonymous (HRA) serves as the frontline of support for the homeless community and vulnerable residents of Pasco County. We bridge the gap between life on the streets and professional medical recovery. By providing low-barrier access to basic needs and peer support, we ensure that every individual is treated with dignity as they navigate their journey toward health and stability.

Deep Roots in Pasco County

Our team doesn’t just work in Pasco; we are part of its fabric.

• A Legacy of Service: Our leadership, including the CustomBoyz, has been serving Pasco since 2020.

• Community Mentorship: We have a long-standing commitment to local youth through mentorship at Jefferson High School.

• Strategic Partnerships: We proudly support the Miracle Schools, working alongside Director and former County Commissioner Christina Fitzpatrick to strengthen our community's safety net.

Impact by the Numbers

Since launching the HRA program in June 2025, we have achieved massive community reach:

• 3,000+ Individuals Served: Providing a lifeline to those in need.

• Essential Supplies: Thousands of pounds of food and clothing distributed through our on-site pantry.

• Life-Saving Outreach: Delivery of harm reduction supplies and education (operating strictly within Pasco County legal guidelines).

The "Linkage of Care" Model

We serve as the primary intake hub for the Vark Clinic. We understand that successful medical outcomes begin with basic stability. We prepare patients for their clinical journey by:

• Meeting Basic Needs: Providing fresh clothing and food so patients arrive at the clinic stabilized.

• Administrative Navigation: Assisting with the completion of intake packets to remove barriers to entry.

• Peer Support & Outreach: Taking our message of hope directly into the community, including St. Vincent de Paul and Clean Recovery Treatment Center.

Our Vision for the Future

HRA is more than a service center; we are a contribution to the Vark Medical Plaza ecosystem. By operating on a lean, results-driven model, we transition individuals from "crisis mode" to "care mode," ensuring the health and safety of Hudson, Florida.
