SUNDAY OUTREACH PASCO COUNTY
Our Sundays on the Streets of Port Richey
Every Sunday, our Harm Reduction Mobile Unit hits the streets of Port Richey, going directly to the homeless encampments. We're a new team, but we're here with a clear mission: to build relationships, offer support, and connect our neighbors to the resources they need.
The work we do is a collaborative effort, and we're humbled to join a network of organizations that have been tirelessly serving this community. We want to pay homage to the incredible groups, such as The Recovery Epicenter, VARK Clinic, The Salvation Army, and BayCare, who are on the front lines every day, providing essential services like medical care and addiction support. Our role is to be the bridge—we listen, we connect, and we guide people toward the help they so desperately need.
We believe in the power of a strong community. By working together, we're building a comprehensive system of support that ensures our neighbors have access to everything from necessities to a path toward stable housing. We're proud to be a part of this collective effort, making a difference one conversation at a time.
We believe in the therapeutic power of one person helping another. Our approach blends the 12-step process with the harm reduction model to meet people where they are and guide them toward a path of recovery.
